Hello! I am so glad you are here. I understand that life can be challenging and having a safe space to navigate these difficult times is beneficial for growth, healing and insight. I have over 25 years of experience in health care. I have worked with patients and families dealing with difficult physical and mental health issues. My approach in therapy is compassionate, reflective and strength based. We will work together to identify your goals, uncover patterns that no longer serve you so that you can reach your full potential. I encourage self-awareness and positive change that allows you to live your authentic life with joy and meaning. Regardless of your race, religion, ethnicity, gender or sexual orientation, I will hold a safe, non-judgmental space for you heal, grow and thrive.
